With over two years of hands-on experience in a Helpdesk role at a major cellular network provider and a solid foundation in IT support since college, I am confident in my ability to provide excellent technical assistance and support to your team. My last projects were to Build PCs for clients in the West Jakarta area and Maintenance plus upgrading the PC and Network of my recent company. Additionally, my certifications from Google in IT Support and from Team Blue in Cybersecurity (SOC L1) further enhance my qualifications for this position.
As a Helpdesk Network, I provided first-level support for our customers and monitored our client’s Infrastructure network services on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule. I ensured that our dispatch team met the Service Level Agreements (SLA) set by our client to reduce network downtime. I was responsible for responding quickly to issues, prioritizing service requests, and resolving downtime within the agreed SLA. I also provided remote support to the dispatch team, guiding them through any technical problems. My role required not only quick thinking but also effective communication and the ability to handle multiple technical issues simultaneously, all while ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to my IT support experience, I have been providing IT support services since high school, ranging from hardware malfunctions to software configuration issues. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the importance of clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
To further strengthen my technical knowledge, I took courses from Coursera.org and completed Technical Support Fundamentals, Computer Networking, Operating Systems, IT Security, System Administration, and IT Infrastructure Services. I passed the exams and earned the certification of Google IT Support Certificate. Second, I completed a Cyber Security course at Jadihacker, which has given me valuable insights into securing networks and systems using SIEM tools such as Wazuh, as well as identifying and mitigating potential security threats through real-world projects. I passed the final exam and earned the Team Blue Cybersecurity Certificate (SOC L1).
